Ok. So YES I’ve been MIA for a ridiculously long period of time. GROSS, right? Sorry. I have been DEADLY busy–actually. Seriously, not even making shit up this time. Moving to a new condo in a week, got back from vacation, blah blah blah a bunch of excuses.
So FIRST, I would like to say I’m pleased to say that I was able to interview the lovely Andy’s Ill back at the end of July. I haven’t gotten around to transcribing that interview yet, but the MOMENT I have time it will be transcribed and POSTED ok? It was one of the best interviews ever. I want to post it so bad, goddamnit! What a down to earth guy that has MORE than enough coming for him. Very excited! Not to mention, he is the sweetest guy alive and I teared more than a few tears when he left Calgary :’(.
Now let’s talk about what’s going on about now. So everybody already knows that Never Mind The BS adores The S so obviously I am very happy to promote the preview for their EP, Yuk It Up, coming out on Mähtrasher Records on September 3rd!!!!

FIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIINALLY. Man have we not been waiting for this EP in so long or WHAT?! Am I exaggerating? Seriously I don’t know.
Anyway…I’m really enjoying this release. The S has been close to my heart for a long time, and they still are. These two are extremely talented and I can’t wait for them to BLOW DA F**K UP. Seriously. They are something real special.

I’ve had a week full of loving mates who do nothing but make me happy even at the whackest of times. Thus I shall also do a little bit o’ lovin’!
Now these two songs are pretty freakin’ ass old. Well not THAT old. But pretty old.
Now you want to know the best part? These two producers are BOTH from Calgary, Canada (aka where I currently live). They are two very good mates of mine who I love and adore, and no matter how old these tracks get, I vow to never get sick of them.
Guys ever heard of Chauffer?? This track, You Know What To Do was released on his Streets EP that came out last summer on Top Billin records. This song gives me the shivers, and I hope it gives you the same!
